Finish flaked off within 4 mos. Did not use abrasives or ammonia. Seller had 14 day return even if defective.
Amazon A-Z guarantee gave me the run around for months.
I'm now going to the manufacturer - will update.
Sadly, Amazon's customer service is not what it use to be..
They gave me misinformation, didn't have records of prior calls and then accused me of waiting too long to call , and made idyll promises of refunds that never occurred.
