I like having the one handle, especially when I am cooking meat....can just bump it on with my arm and not use by germy hands. I like having the spray feature for extra cleaning up. I did not have the included plate installed around the base as I figured it would just be one more thing to clean around. The product was well packaged and arrived when promised. There was no damage. I had it installed by a professional and he said he had the same faucet in his own home. I would buy it again.
