I purchased this faucet along with another one from the Pekoe line and both were very well made and look great after installation.

There were a couple of parts required for installation missing from the box when I opened it. I called American Standard's customer service and no questions asked the sent the parts out immediately. No hassle, no problems. I highly recommend this line of faucets.
