Great all metal heavy duty construction with full threaded metal tubular design to enclose the faucet suppli lines. This makes for an easier reach as it drops the connection deeper underneath the sink. Handle turns on water with minimal effort and the temperature adjustment from hot -45 degrees to +45 degrees is gradual. Don't be fool by the brand name as this beats a MOEN stainless steel pull out style faucet where most parts are plastic!

I will report back after a few months of use.

Took in out of the box, worked the handle and it snapped off right away. I had to laugh because I just couldn't believe the quality. Anyway, I called Danze and they sent me a replacement. Next, I installed it and noticed quite a bit of play between where the base and spout connect. I'm REALLY disappointed in the lack of quality of this product. PLUS, it's made in China. I will never again deviate from buying Delta products.

I have to note that Danze stands behind their product quality. It's unfair to slam them completely although the review is true - They go out of their way to fix any problems the customer has so rest assured, if you have a problem like I did, Danze WILL take care of it.

I increased my 1 star to a 2 star - product assembly was a problem but their customer service is exceptional.
