The product is great. It is larger than most beverage dispensers on the market.
I have had many compliments on this product. My first one had a small crack on the base & the company was wonderful!
They replaced it and in time for my party.
They honor their word.

I purchased this dispenser for a wedding reception. I put water and ice in it for the wedding and have used it since for ice tea a few days later. I think it's attractive and sturdy. It does have a very slight leek at the gasket, I have adjusted the tightness of the nut and think that has fixed the problem. I received many compliments and some inquiries about where I purchased it.

We purchased this in June 2011 for Kombucha tea which we drink regularly, so the spout and turn handle were used regularly by my family. The look of the dispenser is great and I did get many compliments on it. The bad part is the cheaper spout and handle which ended up breaking this January 2012. We did get a lot of use out of it but I will not re-order another one of these. I will look for a more sturdy handle.
