Pros:

-Spout swivels side to side

We had a plumber come out to install it, so I can't comment on the ease of installation, but it came with all the parts that were required.

Cons:
-Water level somewhat difficult to control
-Only one type of spray (no jet-type setting)

Overall, I love it and would order it again.

We purchased the faucet from Amazon because of the fabulous design. It fits wonderfully in the decor of our kitchen and is a delight to look at and use except for one apparent design flaw. Our complaint is the ease with which the nozzle(sprayer) dislodges from the main stem of the faucet. It drops down too easily on its own. Perhaps it is the water pressure but it still represents a design flaw. The nozzle should stay in place until the user wants to use it as a sprayer. At this point, we just push it back up and go forth.

This faucet is gorgeous!
