I still have not gotten this product from the company that I bought it from. After several emails through Amazon I was told that the part was on back order by the company that sold it to me. It would have been better is I had known this before I made my purchase. There were 3 to 4 other's who were offering this item for more or less the same price point. I just sent another email out because Amazon did say it shipped, but I have not heard yet from the company I purchased this item from. I cannot say yet if this product even works so really these comments are based just on the customer service experience.
