This review is from: GROHE 32319000 Minta Dual Spray Pull Down Kitchen Faucet, Chrome (Tools & Home Improvement) I haven't yet installed this (need my countertops installed first). Faucet looks nice but I'm not impressed that the pull-out tip of the faucet is that cheesy plastic-painted-chrome material. The rest of the faucet feels nice (like it's brass). For this price I'll be miffed if the pull-out part chips. Grohe: Why would you cheap out on that one little part? It cheapens the whole faucet for me. 7 of 7 people found the following review helpful: This review is from: Grohe 32 319 DC0 Minta Dual Spray Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet, Infinity SuperSteel (Tools & Home Improvement) Love the look of this faucet, and the functionality. BUT.......after a couple of days, we realized that the pull down part does not neatly retract as it should. Instead it hangs out like a mistake and looks ugly. Very disappointed, and couldn't get any help from the company OR the place we purchased. BE VERY CAREFUL. It is an expensive part and should work perfectly. 3 of 3 people found the following review helpful: By Tetburyman (Washington State, USA) - See all my reviews This review is from: GROHE 32319000 Minta Dual Spray Pull Down Kitchen Faucet, Chrome (Tools & Home Improvement) Bought this 28 months ago & had professionally installed.
There are two regular users, my wife and I, both middle aged. The pull down and out spray nozzle is attached to a plaster hose that is wrapped in a flexible metal sheath. A week ago, the metal sheath broke about an inch back from the nozzle. Just getting ready to see what, if anything, the retailer or manufacturer will do. Regardless of the response, I think it is very bad quality to have so expensive a faucet break after so short a time and such light duty. I will update this with results of support request to Grohe and retailer. |
