I bought the new compact insinkerator (which is great) but don't be misled by the "customers also buy" section- the flange and baffle are included so I needed to pay to return them.

The matte black disposer flange & stopper look beautiful in my black blanco sink but within 6 months the black coating started to chip off. I will not purchase the matte black again. I will purchase the stainless steel insinkerator flange & stopper since they work well & are simple to use.

The paint is wearing off of this and looks awful. We should
have gone to Kohler in the first place.
