Once you find the right temperature, leave the lever in place and turn the faucet on and off as needed. A high-temperature control lets you preset a maximum setting to eliminate scalding.

The K-12172 Fairfax Faucet features an ADA-compliant lever handle and a matching side spray for cleaning and rinsing hard-to-reach corners and large pots. The spout reach is nine inches, and the faucet clears 4-9/16 inches. Flexible hoses make installation fast and easy, and the K-12172 Fairfax has a maximum flow rate of 2.2 gallons (8.3 liters) per minute with a low-flow aerator option available.
