I spent almost $250 more than I spent on this faucet, on a Delta faucet for my kitchen. Both are gorgeous. We like this one better, though.

This was easy to install. It matches fixtures in my laundry room, and the action is soooo buttery smooth.

We had to swap out some connection pieces from the faucet supply lines to the house supply lines (we hooked it to what's considered a "garden hose" fitting) but a trip to Home Depot and some Teflon tape and we're all good.

FYI, you can turn/rotate the pull out piece so that the black "flow switch button" faces any side. I prefer it in the back. The word "Kraus" is etched on the outside bottom of the handle.

This faucet is smooth times four: the finish, the handle, the water flow, and the design. If you like the design, you will be very happy with the function. We love how the water flows out of this faucet: strong and steady and the sprayer works much better than our delta for cleaning gunk off of...Read more

I am disappointed with this faucet. Have had it for about 4 months now and have had to re-tighten it twice. Not sure why this is as I did not install it, but happens all of a sudden - not a slow, gradual build up. Last month, the black button fell off and I haven't found a way to re-attach it as there is nothing to glue it to. The upside is that the finish is nice and hardy and does not collect water deposits or fingerprints easily and the water aerates very nicely, switching between spray and stream is a cinch. Will try and contact company regarding these issues and will update.

I was looking for a faucet to make a bold statement in my kitchen and this certainly did the job. I absolutely love the 18" height and fresh chrome look with the easy to use handle. The installation guide was not the best but I managed to do the installation myself without any problem. The only set back for me is the spring action on the pull-out spray head, it is too hard to pull out and as a result you may damage the base of the faucet if you use it often. Otherwise a good faucet for the price, just need to see how long it will hold up.
