This review is from: Kraus SD-20 Soap Dispenser, Stainless Steel (Tools & Home Improvement)
This total product is stainless steel, including the interior tubes. It's very easy to fill (top fill) and looks very modern & architectural as an undermounted counter soap dispenser. Debated for a long time on the extra cost and this product is so much better than its peers in the $30+ range. Hopefully, it will last a long time and wear well in its lifespan. Note: Kraus logo is on the top of the pump. Photos don't show that detail.

Overall it is a very decent dispenser. The only drawback is when pressed it takes time for it to return to upwards position. Not a major but still something to consider.

I have written to Kraus with my problems and each time they respond almost instantly and have sent me two of the three units as replacements. What they don't seem to comprehend is that these Chinese made dispensers are simply flawed. Kraus is German, so why do they source these reputation killing dispensers to China?! My guess is that the cause of the rusting is a polishing technique that uses carbon steel brushes, leaving small particulates of carbon steel in the "brushed" stainless steel which rust rapidly. The pumping action also makes use of a small stainless...Read more
