I've had this KWC faucet for 6 years now and had no problems with either the finish or replacing the cartridge. However, I do have soft water which means no mineral buildup. The finish on my faucet is like new and it's been a great faucet which offers a spray or a stream. The only feature I dislike about this is that the groove in the post where the faucet swivels, gets full of gunk and needs cleaning (I use a toothbrush). The newer design doesn't have this groove. I also have a KWC shower valve and it's been efficient and trouble-free for 10 years. Also chrome and no discoloration. I'll be buying KWC for my next house.

Needed a new cartridge after 4 years. Cost would be 96.00 Bought a new faucet not this brand ever again.

Chrome surface has turned opaque and unsightly. It was chrome when new, and now it looks cheap.
