We have two of these in our kitchen, and neither works well. Low water pressure (compared to the faucets they replaced), wobbly handles (one of which broke off completely), now leaking when the spray is activated (despite being completely tightened). If we didn't spend almost a thousand dollars on these we'd replace tomorrow.

Chrome surface has turned opaque and unsightly. It was chrome when new, and now it looks cheap.

My last of this brand

We have two of these in our house. They froze up, and would not turn from sink to sink, and the water control valve wouldn't turn hot to cold. KWC America refused to support it -- said it was due to normal wear and tear. They also said everything the plumber told me was wrong. Well not everything: Our trusted plumber told us this brand always has this problem, and that if I wanted a good faucet to get a Grohe.
