We had a Moen black matte faucet that had a pull-out sprayer but it's rotating base laid directly on top of the countertop and over the years hard water build-up caused it to become very difficult to turn from either of the double sinks and finally wore out the tightness of the sprayhead fitting into the neck of the faucet. So we replaced it with this one. The rotating issue is gone with this one as the swivel/turning part is up higher on the faucet itself and you won't have the hardwater build-up problem. It works great and very pleased with it now after three months.

This faucet was easy to install, nice feature is the O-ring seal on the bottom. The faucet function perfectly and looks great. The size of the faucet was a concern when purchased, but it has worked out well with the large sink we have. Size may be a concern with a small sink. One nice thing about this faucet is that you can turn it on and adjust the water temp with one hand. The nozzel is the right size and can be handled easily.

Great Faucet I would buy again!

Installation was a breeze for me (I'm not a plumber), as the instructions were crystal clear.

The matte finish is stunning against the glazed granite countertop and mosaic backsplash, and the spout swivels easily. Just make sure that you have enough space below the installation hole to allow the pull-out hose to move freely, otherwise the spout will tend to settle on one side.

The lever is very responsive and sits where set with no play. Also, the two-function head easily switches from an aerated to a sprayer with a light touch of the mounted switch. There is a little dripping from the sprayer holes when using the aerator at low flow rates, but that is minor.

Overall I think this is a great product. It looks fantastic if you are into the matte finish, is easy to clean, and does not seem like it succumbs to scratching very easily.
