eco head is a disaster,

We purchased this faucet over a comparable Delta faucet because we thought Moen quality was better and worth the extra expense. I can't tell you how disappointed I am in this faucet. It has a design flaw in the eco head, that if not for the cost and effort of replacing the whole unit, I would. Not only is the flow rate too slow, but the button on the head does not maintain the higher flow rate without holding it (it does maintain the spray flow without holding). I have resorted to putting a rubber band on the head to hold the button in for the high flow rate.
I could get over that deficiency if Moen had a replacement head that didn't have the eco "feature", but they don't. They have other faucets that have a matching head without the eco "feature", but they do not sell the head separately. It's like Al Gore is running the company. Will never buy Moen again.
