This is the replacement cartridge you need in order to stop your faucet from squeaking!! It is very easy to replace, all you need is a pair of large pliers or wrench, a hex key (you can get this from Home Depot as part of a screwdriver set for under $10), and screwdriver. I would suggest wearing gloves when taking the faucet apart and having a bowl with white vinegar and old toothbrush to clean the parts of the faucet (which will have scale build up, and the vinegar won't ruin the finish). I would suggest replacing the diverter and the cartridge retaining ring - the one in my faucet is plastic, and I replaced it with a brass one for under $10 (including shipping). My faucet is a Price Pfister "Marielle 34 series."

I did a search for this product and found that Amazon had it for less than most. I was totally and pleasantly surprised that Amazon would even offered replacement parts for a kitchen faucet. The part arrived in the time period that was given and it was an exact replacement for the original. I installed it and the faucet works as good as new.
As advertised,

You never know when ordering plumbing parts if you will actually get a brand name, exact match to what you need. I am very happy that I received exactly what was promised. It looked identical to the part I was replacing went in with no problems, and is working great so far.
