Comment: Seems to be a pretty good product so far. Had to contact manfacturer for adaptors but they responded quickly. The sprayer has 2 swivel knuckles, but we were able to remove one of them. Two seemed unnecessary. Switching from normal flow to spray is smooth.

Comment: Works great while it lasts, which is not long at all. I've tried about five of these and they have lasted from about one month to four months tops. They used to be quality, but aren't anymore. I'm going to try another brand now as I'm tired of returning these. The piece in the bottom falls out eventually and then never fits again properly. Avoid this product!

Summary: sprays great, but tends to leak and hard to toggle 2010-03-19
Comment: I'm writing this review because I'm just about to order a replacement for this unit, not because it's worn out, but because it's so annoying. Although the spray it generates is great, and it can swivel better than anything else I've seen, the various connections tend to come unscrewed, causing leaks, and worse, it's difficult to change between spray and stream. For people with small/weak hands, it can be extremely frustrating to use.

Summary: Cheaply made, cheap parts, does not last. 2010-02-27
Comment: I'm on my fourth EuroJet in about 3 years. The concept is great but the workmanship is terrible. The EuroJet looks modern and sleek, does the job it claims to do but, after a few months it will leak (sometimes so much so that it will spray you when you open the faucet). The mesh screen and the ring around the bottom opening keep falling out. When I bought mine they were $12 each which is still pricey for a kitchen sink aerator. Now, you may ask why I keep buying this item if it is so badly made and pricey. Well, the EuroJet has a very special feature that I cannot do without. It creates strong water pressure even in areas where there is little or no water pressure! I live in an older home in an area where water pressure seems to be a luxury. The EuroJet allows me to rinse my dishes, pots, pans, and clean my sink in record time. Without it, it would take three minutes just to rinse one dish with the sad trickle of water I get from my faucet. I have tried many other brands of aerators and they all have the flow/spray feature and they swivel 360 degrees, however, they do not provide normal water pressure. I give this 3 stars for the water pressure alone. I believe that most customers who buy the EuroJet buy it for the water pressure feature. It is a great shame that it does not last.

Summary: Excellent Addition to Any Kitchen Sink 2009-10-14
Comment: I'm currently on my second EuroJet. Not because the first one wore out, but because I recently moved and my girlfriend demanded that I get a new one for the new house. I originally stumbled upon this device at a brick-and-mortar store and thought it seemed like a nice idea. I'd used other sinks in the past with similar devices, though without the same level of flexibility. The one I purchased in-store was in a box just like the one pictured here. The one I received from Amazon came in one of those frustrating clam-shell packages. I much prefer the cardboard box packaging, but oh well.
Installation is very easy. Whether you have threads on the inside or outside of your faucet, installation is simple, requiring no more than a pliers. Just make sure to wrap your pliers' teeth with some sort of cloth or paper towel so you don't scratch your fixtures. The installation directions can be a little confusing, though, simply because the pictures don't quite match up to what you are given. For example, the adapter they have pictured looks like a washer, but I believe it is supposed to represent the metal adapter you screw onto your faucet if the threads are on the inside of the faucet. There is also a washer included which has only a very small hole in the middle of it. No explanation is given as to its purpose. I assume it is used to limit the amount of water flow.
Speaking of water flow, that took the most getting used to. I've found that much more water comes out with this sprayer installed (when in normal-flow mode). I had to get used to not turning the sink on as high as I was used to, but that's just a minor quibble.
The first sprayer I had was a little tight when switching from normal-flow to jet-spray mode. It would sometimes take quite a pull to get it to switch. The second sprayer I have is a little loose. It switches much more easily, but it doesn't seem to fully transition to jet-spray mode. When the black piece is pulled down, it actually appears to be a little crooked, with part of the black piece not fully pulled down. This causes one of the sprayer holes to not quite fully engage. So, water comes half out of the center of the device in that area, half out of the sprayer hole. If you pull on the black piece a little harder, it'll then fully engage and water will only come out of the sprayer hole. In the end, this doesn't seem to affect the device's effectiveness at all.
All-in-all, it's a very nice device. It provides for a very powerful spray, and is able to reach any corner of the sink. It also makes it much easier to get the water spray out of your way when you don't need it (for those times when you're scrubbing something and don't want the water to wash away your soap, but still need the water flowing to rinse out the sink). Instead of moving your faucet head over to the other sink, for example, you can just tilt the sprayer so that the water directs off to the back corner of the sink.
I docked it a star because of the instructions and the consistency of the device's quality. The instructions, as previously mentioned, seem a little too dumbed-down. They tried to make them as simple as possible, but I'd appreciate further explanation on a few points. As for the device's quality, it seems pretty good to me so far, but the fact that the first unit I got was much tighter than the second one, and the second one doesn't seem to full engage, concerns me. Also, other reviewers seem to have to replace the device after a few years, but that doesn't surprise me. All washers and rings wear out over time. The low cost of this device makes up for having to replace it every few years. Installation is very simple, so even when you do have to replace it, it shouldn't take long.
