1.0 out of 5 stars leaks upon install, September 28, 2010
I was leery of this based on the price but decided to give it a go anyway. Upon installation the right side of the faucet (the hot-cold selector) leaked from where the fitting meets the main housing. It turned out there was no gasket in this fitting at all, and no teflon tape or any other means to stop water from leaking out. In discovering this I also discovered that the on-of valve (on the left) had clearly been wrenched with a pair of pliers in trying to get the thing to fit.

Further, when it was operating, the whole tap would warm up and getting anything but lukewarm water out of the tap was next to impossible. You had to run the water for several minutes to cool the entire assembly down.

STAY AWAY FROM WESTBRASS - cheap and poorly designed!
